Description
The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed in such a way as to preserve their taste, aroma and nutritional properties. After washing and selecting, the tomatoes are peeled and diced. After adding basil and tomato paste, the product is brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time.
Alce Nero organic tomato pulp with basil is produced without additives.
